Steffen Hven

Steffen Hven is Visiting Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Cinema and Media Studies at the University of Chicago. Hven holds a PhD (2015) from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and an MA from Aarhus University (2010). He is the author of Cinema and Narrative Complexity: Embodying the Fabula (Amsterdam University Press, 2017). His second book, Enacting the Worlds of Cinema, is scheduled to be published by Oxford University Press in 2021.
